Old title means:
- an exploration permit under Division 2 of Part III of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- a retention lease under Division 2A of Part III of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- a production licence under:
- Division 3 of Part III of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- section 148 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- an infrastructure licence under Division 3A of Part III of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- a pipeline licence under Division 4 of Part III of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- a special prospecting authority under section 111 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- an access authority under section 112 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
- a scientific investigation consent under section 123 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967.
