Innovation
In the context of an organization, the term innovation refers to the entire process by which individuals or groups generate creative new ideas and convert them into products, services, or business practices (see Clause A.5).

Innovation
In the context of an organization, the term “innovation” refers to the entire process by which people or groups generate new ideas and convert them into commercial products, services and business practices. Innovation is frequently obtained as a result of sharing collective knowledge. Successful innovation results from a high degree of people involvement (see also Clauses A.10 and A.14).
