Coiled Tubing

A continuous length of small diameter (i.e., usually 1″ to 1-3/4”) ductile steel tubing which is coiled onto a reel. The tubing is fed into the well by an injector head through a coiled tubing blow-out preventer or stufñng box. The coiled tubing may be used for pumping fluids, including cement, into the wellbore.
