Public Service of Canada
“Public Service of Canada” has the meaning given the expression “public service” in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, and includes any portion of the federal public administration designated by order in council pursuant to this subsection and for the purposes of this section as part of the Public Service of Canada; administration fédérale.
