Staff personnel authorized to carry out plan approval and to conclude whether or not compliance has been met.

Plan Approval
Signifies a systematic and independent examination of drawings, design documents or records in order to verify compliance with the rules or statutory requirements.
Plan approval will be carried out at the discretion of the society, which also decides the extent and method of examination.
