Authorised activity

Authorised activity means:

  1. an activity by a petroleum exploration permittee that is authorised by regulation 6.04; or
  2. an activity by a petroleum retention lessee that is authorised by regulation 6.05; or
  3. an activity by a petroleum production licensee that is authorised by regulation 6.06.1
