Post-commencement petroleum exploration permit
Post-commencement petroleum exploration permit means:
- an original petroleum exploration permit that was granted after the commencement of this section; or
- a petroleum exploration permit that was granted by way of renewal, where the original petroleum exploration permit was granted after the commencement of this section.
