Accidents That Have Led to Work Disability
Accidents that have led to work disability and absence pursuant to the first subsection, litera c, means accidents with the result that the injured person is unable to return to work, or cannot perform his/her normal work tasks in the following or subsequent shifts. This also includes cases where the injury occurs on the last day of a work period.
