NOTE Adverse decisions include
– refusal to accept an application,
– refusal to proceed with an assessment,
– corrective action requests,
– changes in accreditation scope,
– decisions to deny, suspend or withdraw accreditation, and
– any other action that impedes the attainment of accreditation.
