Casinghead Gas

“Casinghead gas” means any gas or vapor, or both gas and vapor, indigenous to and produced from a pool classified as an oil pool by the commission.

Casinghead Gas

Any gas or vapor, or both, indigenous to an oil stratum and produced from such stratum with oil.

Casinghead Gas

“Casinghead gas” means a gas or vapor or both gas and vapor indigenous to and produced from a pool the division classifies as an oil pool.  This also includes gas-cap gas produced from such an oil pool.
