Commonwealth waters
Commonwealth waters has the meaning given by section 643 of the Act. Note In section 643 of the Act, the definition of Commonwealth waters refers to offshore areas. Offshore area is defined in section 7 of the Act.

Commonwealth waters
Commonwealth waters means the waters of the sea that comprise the offshore areas of each State and of each Territory. Note: The offshore area of a State or Territory is defined by section 8.
