Certification by documents of compliance of the products or other objects, processes of design (including survey works), production, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sale and reclamation, performance of works or rendering of services with the requirements of technical regulations, provisions of standards, sets of rules or terms of contracts.
