Contingency Plan
“Contingency plan” means a plan that addresses abnormal conditions or emergencies that can reasonably be anticipated (plan d’urgence).

Contingency Plan
“Contingency plan” means a contingency plan referred to in paragraph 4(4)(i) (plan d’urgence).

Contingency Plan
“Contingency plan” is a written document which provides for an organized plan of action for alerting and protecting the public within an area of exposure following the accidental release of a potentially hazardous volume of poisonous gas such as hydrogen sulfide.

Contingency Plan
