Detection agent

Detection agent means a substance, whether in a gaseous or liquid state, that:

when added to:

  1. another substance; or
  2. a mixture of other substances;

facilitates the monitoring of the behaviour of that other substance or that mixture, as the case may be; and

is specified in the regulations.
