Environmental management law

Environmental management law means the provisions of:

this Act; or
the regulations; to the extent to which the provisions relate to, or empower NOPSEMA to take action in relation to:
offshore petroleum environmental management in relation to Commonwealth waters; or
offshore greenhouse gas storage environmental management in relation to Commonwealth waters.
