Explosion
An explosion is the bursting or rupture of a building or a container due to development of internal pressures.

Explosion
A release of energy resulting from an LOPC that causes a pressure discontinuity or blast wave (e.g. detonations, deflagrations, and rapid releases of high pressure caused by a rupture of equipment or piping).
