Fundamental suitability determinants

Fundamental suitability determinants:

when used in relation to an eligible greenhouse gas storage formation—has the meaning given by subsection 21(8); or
when used in relation to an identified greenhouse gas storage formation—has the meaning given by subsection 312(11).
