Greenhouse gas injection line

Greenhouse gas injection line means a pipe, or system of pipes, for:

  1. conveying a greenhouse gas substance to be compressed, processed or otherwise prepared for injection into an identified greenhouse gas storage formation; or
  2. conveying a greenhouse gas substance for storage prior to being injected into an identified greenhouse gas storage formation; or
  3. conveying a greenhouse gas substance for injection into an identified greenhouse gas storage formation;

so long as the greenhouse gas substance does not pass through a terminal point on the pipe, or system of pipes, as the case may be, before it is injected into the identified greenhouse gas storage formation.
