Greenhouse gas instrument:
- means an authority granted by instrument under the Act for the carrying out of a greenhouse gas activity; and
- includes:
- a greenhouse gas assessment permit;
- a greenhouse gas-related pipeline licence;
- an infrastructure licence;
- a greenhouse gas search authority;
- a greenhouse gas special authority;
- a greenhouse gas holding lease;
- a greenhouse gas injection licence.
