Interest

“Interest” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act; titre.

Interest

“Interest” means any former exploration agreement, former lease, former permit, former special renewal permit, exploration licence, production licence or significant discovery licence; titre.

Interest―shall not mean the rights of a top lessee or any other reversionary right.
