Interested Party

“Interested party” means, in respect of an environmental assessment, any person or body having an interest in the outcome of the environmental assessment for a purpose that is neither frivolous nor vexatious; partie intéressée.

Interested Party

Interested Party―any person who is known to the applicant after reasonable search to presently own an interest in production from the leases or units being considered for commingling.
