“Lazy S” riser

The “lazy S” riser runs in a double catenary configuration from the FPS to the seabed over a mid-water pipe tray supported by a subsurface buoy. The subsurface buoy is kept in position by a chain or cable attached to a deadweight anchor positioned on the seabed.
