‘Licence’ means an authorisation for offshore oil and gas operations pursuant to Directive 94/22/EC.

Licence
“Licence” means a licence issued under Part VI or VII except that “licence” means
- in Division I of Part VI, a licence for the exportation or importation of oil or gas,
- in Division II of Part VI, a licence for the exportation of electricity, and
- in Part VII, a licence permitting the movement of designated oil or gas out of a designated province or area; licence.
