Item that constitutes a part or an assembly of parts that is normally the lowest level in the equipment hierarchy during maintenance.

Maintainable Item

Item that constitutes a part, or an assembly of parts, that is normally the lowest level in the equipment hierarchy during maintenance. See ISO 14224:2006, Annex A, for examples of maintainable items for a variety of equipment.
