Officer

The Chief Conservation Officer, the Chief Safety Officer, a Conservation Officer or a Safety Officer as appointed by the relevant Board pursuant to the Accord Acts. Note: C-NAAIA 140 and CNSOPRAIA 144.

Officer

“Officer” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1985, C.3, as amended.
