Offshore work

All activities and operations that take place at sea, including activities in bays, in major inland seas, such as the Caspian Sea, or in other inland seas directly connected to oceans. Events involving transportation of people and equipment form shore to the offshore location, either by vessel or helicopter, should be recorded as ‘offshore’.
