Petroleum titleholder

Petroleum titleholder means:

  1. a petroleum exploration permittee; or
  2. a petroleum retention lessee; or
  3. a petroleum production licensee; or
  4. the registered holder of a petroleum special prospecting authority; or
  5. the registered holder of a petroleum access authority; or
  6. the holder of a scientific investigation consent.
