Production liner

A liner that is the innermost string in which the productive zones are completed. The casing in which the production liner is hung off is usually referred to as the production casing.

Production liner

Production casing run from below the objective section and hung in the intermediate casing or intermediate liner. Normal clearance casing OD in.: N/A. Tight clearance casing OD in.: 9 7/8. NOTE These are examples only. Each well can have variations in number of casing strings and sizes. Naming conventions can vary.
