Proration Period
“Proration period” means:
- The proration period for any well, other than an unallocated gas well, shall be one calendar month which shall begin at 7 a.m. on the first day of such month and end at 7 a.m. on the first day of the next succeeding month unless otherwise specified by order of the Commission.
- The proration period for any unallocated gas well shall be one calendar year which shall begin at 7:00 a.m. the first day of such year and end at 7:00 a.m. on the first day of the next succeeding year unless otherwise specified by order of the Commission.

Proration Period
“Proration period” means for oil the proration month and for gas the 12-month period that begins at 7:00 a.m. on January 1 of each year and ends at 7:00 a.m. on January 1 of the succeeding year or other period designated by general or special order of the division.
