Reactive Substance
Solid, liquid or gaseous substances, mixture of substances, as well as substances that occur in combinations of such states, which upon contact with water, at their pressure, temperature or other chemical properties, represent a risk of dangerous reaction, explosion or emission of dangerous gas, vapour, dust or mist.
