Regulated business premises
Regulated business premises means:
- a facility; or
- premises that are:
- occupied by a person who is the operator of a facility; and
- used, or proposed to be used, wholly or principally in connection with offshore petroleum operations or offshore greenhouse gas storage operations; or
- premises that are:
- occupied by a person who is the registered holder of a petroleum title; and
- used, or proposed to be used, wholly or principally in connection with offshore petroleum operations; or
- premises that are:
- occupied by a person who is the registered holder of a greenhouse gas title; and
- used, or proposed to be used, wholly or principally in connection with offshore greenhouse gas storage operations.
