Reporting

With the introduction of the word “reporting” into the BS, reporting to the relevant authority has taken on two meanings. On the one hand, “reporting” in the sense of “notification” as meant in the decrees and regulations, on the other, in the sense of providing particular, specific information. “Reporting” in the latter sense is often included in the conditions of a permit. The BS, the Transport Decree and the permits specify which information must be made available to the relevant authority.
