Responsible Northern Territory Minister

Responsible Northern Territory Minister means:

  1. the Minister of the Northern Territory who is authorised under a law of the Northern Territory to perform the functions, and exercise the powers, of a member of the Joint Authority for the Northern Territory under this Act; or
  2. another Minister of the Northern Territory acting for and on behalf of the Minister referred to in paragraph (a).
