Shift and Crew Change
Shift and crew change means daily shift changes and replacement of personnel at the end of the period of stay on the facility, both for operator and contractor employees. Hazardous exposure and unfortunate loads as mentioned in first subsection, mean exposure and loads that result from ergonomic conditions, chemical influences, radiation, noise, vibrations, climatic conditions and psychosocial conditions.
