Significant cumulative change

In relation to overall level of risk of major accident events, means a change in the level of risk that is likely to change the basis on which the safety case was accepted. Note: The obligation is on the operator to establish what constitutes change in these contexts. If in doubt, operators are welcome to discuss prospective changes with NOPSEMA.
