State PSLA has the same meaning as in Part 6.9.¹

State PSLA means:

in relation to New South Wales—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State; or
in relation to Victoria—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State; or
in relation to Queensland—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State; or
in relation to Western Australia—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State; or
in relation to South Australia—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State; or
in relation to Tasmania—the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 of that State.
