Structural integrity

Structural integrity includes the following:

  1. structural soundness;
  2. structural strength;
  3. stability;
  4. fitness for purpose;
  5. mechanical integrity;
  6. systems integrity; in connection with:
  7. the containment of:
    1. petroleum; or
    2. a greenhouse gas substance; or
    3. any other substance; or
  8. the health and safety of persons engaged in:
    1. offshore petroleum operations (within the meaning of Part 6.9); or
    2. offshore greenhouse gas operations (within the meaning of Part 6.9). For the purposes of paragraph (f), systems integrity includes the integrity of the following:
  9. electrical systems;
  10. electronic systems;
  11. hydraulic systems;
  12. chemical systems;
  13. dynamic positioning systems;
  14. other systems.
