Legal regulation of relations in the sphere of establishment, application and meeting of the mandatory requirements to products or for processes of design (including survey works), production, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sale and reclamation, and also in the sphere of establishment and application on a voluntary basis of the requirements to products, processes of design (including survey works), production, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sale and reclamation, performance of works or rendering of services, and legal regulation of relations in the sphere of compliance evaluation.
