Technical regulations

A document adopted by an international treaty of the Russian Federation ratified in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or an intergovernmental agreement made in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or a federal law, or a decree of the President of the Russian Federation, or by a decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, or by a normative legal act of the federal executive body for technical regulation, and which establishes requirements to be necessarily applied to and met by the objects of technical regulation (products, including buildings, structures and constructions, or processes of design (including survey works), production, construction, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sale and reclamation) related to the requirements to products.
