Temporary barriers

Temporary barriers are typically barriers designed to contain pressure for a relatively limited time period during a specific activity and which may require ongoing attention to ensure their effectiveness, such as: kill weight fluid, e.g. in the tubing or in the tubing/production casing annulus; downhole tubing plugs which do not remain in the well.
