The Onshore Record
The duty holder shall ensure that, as soon as possible after an entry is made in the offshore record, a like entry is made together with the following additional information—
- the nationality of the person working on or from the installation;
- his date of birth;
- his usual residence; and
- the name, address and relationship of any next of kin of his, in another record, in this regulation referred to as “the onshore record”.
