Totally Enclosed Treatment Facility

A facility for the treatment of hazardous waste that is directly connected to an industrial production process and that is constructed and operated in a manner that prevents the release of any hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituent into the environment during treatment (e.g., a pipe in which waste acid is neutralized).
