Unmanned platform

A platform upon which persons may be employed at any one time, but upon which no living accommodations or quarters are provided.

Unmanned platform

Unmanned platform means a fixed, bottom-founded OCS facility which is not a manned facility even though it may be continuously serviced by an attending vessel.
