Weekly survey report

Weekly survey report means a report that includes:

  1. the name of the survey; and
  2. the title under which the survey is being conducted; and
  3. the name of the titleholder; and
  4. the name of the contractor conducting the survey; and
  5. the name of the vessel or aircraft conducting the survey; and
  6. a map showing where the survey was conducted during the week; and
  7. the number of kilometres or square kilometres for which data was acquired during the week; and
  8. the number of points at which data was acquired during the week; and
  9. the number of lines of data acquired during the week; and
  10. the amount of downtime during the week due to equipment problems, bad weather or other circumstances; and
  11. the percentage of the survey completed at the end of the week.
