Marginal Unit

“Marginal unit” means a proration unit that is incapable of producing top proration unit allowable for the pool in which it is located.

Marginal Unit

“Marginal unit” means a proration unit that is incapable of producing the top proration unit allowable for the pool in which it is located as evidenced by well tests, production history or other report or form the operator files with the division.
