Mining Work
Mining work: a work that according to an order in council forms part of a designated category of works:
1° for the purpose of the exploration for or the production of minerals or terrestrial heat;
2° for the purpose of the storage of substances;
3° that relate to the works mentioned in 1°. and 2°. here above.
