Unmanned Offshore Installation

“Unmanned offshore installation” means an offshore installation on which persons are not normally present and in those instances when persons are present on the installation, their presence is for the purpose of performing operational duties, maintenance or inspections that will not necessitate an overnight stay (installation inhabitée au large des côtes).
