Unmitigated Risk (residual risk)

Risk that remains after risk management measures have been implemented. Residual risk is ―risk that remains after risk management measures have been implemented‖).

Sample Usage: A risk to the facility that was not considered in the risk assessment was a potential unmitigated risk.
