Volunteer
Volunteer—
(a) means a person who—
(i) does not expect to be rewarded for work to be performed as a volunteer; and
(ii) receives no reward for work performed as a volunteer; and
(b) does not include a person who is in a place of work for the purpose of receiving on the job training or gaining work experience.
