  2. the offshore area of Victoria; or
  3. the offshore area of Queensland; or
  4. the offshore area of Western Australia; or
  5. the offshore area of South Australia; or
  6. the offshore area of Tasmania; or
  7. the Principal Northern Territory offshore area; or
  8. the Eastern Greater Sunrise offshore area; or
  9. the offshore area of Norfolk Island; or
  10. the offshore area of the Territory of Christmas Island; or
  11. the offshore area of the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands; or
  12. the offshore area of the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands; or
